Gretchen
Wear is a highly skilled and respected Realtor in Northwest Arkansas. Born in
Manhattan, KS, she’s lived in Northwest Arkansas since 2012. She obtained her
Associate of Science from Newman University (07), Bachelor of Science in
Medical Imaging(09), and MBA in Healthcare Administration (2014). Married and a
mother of two fantastic children, Gretchen originally found a career in Medical
Imaging.

As an
Air Force Wife, she experienced the buying and selling process multiple times
and managed rental properties in 3 different states. Those unique relocation
experiences led Gretchen to follow her passion for helping others In a
different way.  Her caring yet professional demeanor has made for a
natural fit in the real estate market. In a market that moves quickly and often
times feels cold and heartless, Gretchen’s unique perspective, attention to
detail, and friendly attitude make the real estate experience a pleasurable
one.
